기존에 공지드린 「2026년 6월 27일(토) ~ 6월 28일(일) IBS 정전 및 클러스터(Olaf) 서비스 중단 안내」와 관련하여, 작업 일정이 아래와 같이 변경되어 안내드립니다.

■ 변경 전 일정

• 2026년 6월 27일(토) 07:00 ~ 6월 28일(일)

■ 변경 후 일정

• 2026년 6월 26일(금) 17:00 ~ 6월 28일(일)

■ 변경 사유

• 정전 및 시스템 셧다운 준비 작업 일정 조정

■ 서비스 중단 대상

• Olaf 계산 노드 전체
• 스토리지 시스템 전체

※ 정전 작업 기간 동안 전체 클러스터 서비스 이용이 불가능합니다.

 

■ 사용자 협조 요청 (Slurm 작업 중단)

정전 작업의 원활한 진행을 위해 2026년 6월 26일(금) 17:00 이전까지 실행 중인 모든 Slurm 작업을 중단하여 주시기 바랍니다.

해당 시점까지 종료되지 않은 작업은 시스템 셧다운 과정에서 일괄 취소될 수 있으니 양해 부탁드립니다.

 

■ 서비스 재개 안내
전력 복구 후 시스템 점검 및 안정화 작업을 진행한 뒤 서비스를 재개할 예정이며, 정상 운영 개시 일정은 별도로 안내드리겠습니다.

문의사항이 있으신 경우 SR 시스템을 이용해 주시기 바라며, SR 시스템 접속이 어려운 경우 본 메일로 회신하여 주시기 바랍니다.

This is the IBS Cluster Operations Team.

 

We would like to provide an update regarding the previously announced "IBS Power Outage and Cluster (Olaf) Service Suspension (June 27–28, 2026)." Please note that the maintenance schedule has been changed as follows.

 

 

■ Previous Schedule

June 27, 2026 (Sat) 07:00 ~ June 28, 2026 (Sun)

 

■ Revised Schedule

June 26, 2026 (Fri) 17:00 ~ June 28, 2026 (Sun)

 

■ Reason for Change

Adjustment of the power outage and system shutdown preparation schedule.

 

■ Affected Services

• All Olaf compute nodes
• Entire storage system

※ All cluster services will be unavailable during the outage period.

 

■ User Cooperation Requested (Slurm Jobs)

To ensure a smooth shutdown process, please stop all running Slurm jobs before June 27, 2026 (Sat) 07:00.

Jobs that remain running beyond this time may be forcibly canceled during the system shutdown process.

 

■ Service Restoration

After power is restored, system inspection and stabilization procedures will be conducted before services are resumed. The schedule for normal service resumption will be announced separately.
