Olaf 시스템에 대하여 아래와 같이 셧다운을 실시하오니 

내용을 참고하시고 연구 일정에 차질이 발생하지 않도록 확인 부탁드립니다.

1. 대상 시스템 작업 일시

- Olaf 시스템 : 2024년 12월 19일 (목) 09:00 - 18:00

※ 예정시간보다 일찍 시스템을 오픈할 경우 다시 공지 예정입니다.

 

2. 작업내용

- tape 스토리지 용량 증설 (proj)

- 시스템 예방 정비

 

주의사항

 - Olaf 시스템 셧다운 시작 전까지 필요한 데이터 백업

 - Olaf 시스템 셧다운 시작 전까지 작업 종료 및 취소

※ Olaf 시스템 셧다운 시간이 되면 기존 작업들은 강제 종료할 예정이오니 꼭 셧다운 시간 전에 종료 부탁드립니다.

 

추가 문의사항은 메일로 회신 부탁드립니다.

※ 셧다운 이후 작업 실행 시 에러가 발생할 경우 

   에러가 발생한 화면을 캡처 혹은 로그를 송부해 주시면 문제 해결에 더 큰 도움이 되니 참고 부탁드립니다.

We will be conducting a shutdown of the Olaf system as outlined below. Please review the details and ensure that there is no disruption to your research schedule.

 

1. Scheduled System Maintenance Time

- Target System: Olaf

- Date & Time: Dec. 19, 2024, from 09:00 to 18:00

※ If the system becomes available earlier than expected, we will notify you again.

 

2. Maintenance Details

- Expansion of tape storage capacity (proj)

- Preventive system maintenance

 

Important Reminders

- Please back up any necessary data before the system shutdown begins.

- Make sure to finish or cancel any ongoing tasks before the shutdown starts.

※ All ongoing tasks will be forcibly terminated once the shutdown begins, so please ensure they are completed beforehand.

 

For any further inquiries, please reply to this email.

※ If you encounter any errors after the shutdown, please send us a screenshot of the error or the corresponding log to help resolve the issue more efficiently.
