Olaf 시스템에 대하여 아래와 같이 셧다운을 실시하오니
내용 참고하시어 연구 일정에 차질에 발생하지 않도록 확인 부탁드립니다.

1. 대상 시스템 작업 일시
 - Olaf 시스템 : 2024년 07월 26일(금) 09:00 ~ 27일(토) 18:00
※ 예정시간보다 일찍 시스템을 오픈할 경우 다시 공지 예정입니다.

2. 대상시스템 및 작업내용
- olaf-cu 시스템 펌웨어 업그레이드 및 불량 메모리 교체
- 스토리지(/mnt/lustre) 셧다운을 통한 에러 초기화
- olaf mig 전용 파티션명 변경 (기존 파티션 삭제)

주의사항
 - Olaf 시스템 셧다운 시작 전까지 필요한 데이터 백업
 - Olaf 시스템 셧다운 시작 전까지 작업 종료 및 취소
※ Olaf 시스템 셧다운 시간이 되면 기존 작업들은 강제종료 할 예정이오니 꼭 셧다운 시간 전에 종료 부탁드립니다.

추가 문의사항은 메일로 회신 부탁드립니다.

※ 셧다운 이후 작업 실행 시 에러가 발생할 경우 
   에러가 발생한 화면을 캡쳐 혹은 로그를 송부해주시면 문제해결에 더 큰 도움이 되니 참고 부탁드립니다.

We would like to inform you of the upcoming shutdown of the Olaf system as detailed below. Please review the information and ensure that your research schedule is not adversely affected.

Scheduled Maintenance Time for the Target System
Olaf System: July 26, 2024 (Fri) 09:00 to July 27, 2024 (Sat) 18:00
※ If the system is restored earlier than scheduled, an additional notice will be provided.

Target System and Maintenance Details
Firmware upgrade and defective memory replacement for the olaf-cu system
Storage (/mnt/lustre) shutdown to reset errors
Changing the dedicated partition name for olaf mig (deleting the existing partition)

Precautions

Backup necessary data before the Olaf system shutdown begins.
Complete or cancel any ongoing work before the Olaf system shutdown begins.
※ Please ensure all tasks are finished before the shutdown time as ongoing tasks will be forcibly terminated when the system shuts down.

For any additional inquiries, please respond via email.

※ If you encounter any errors when running tasks after the shutdown, capturing the error screen or sending logs will greatly assist in resolving the issue.
