Building and Utilizing the World's Leading Rare Isotope Accelerator to Secure International Competitiveness in Nuclear Physics and Fundamental Science Research Facilities 1.Research on providing top-level rare isotope beams and improving superconducting accelerator performance. 2. Research on nuclear structure, stellar nucleosynthesis-related nuclear reactions, etc., using novel rare isotope beams to elucidate the principles of cosmic formation and enhance scientific understanding of the micro-world. 3. Research on establishing facilities to support national strategic technologies, such as new material development, energy resource acquisition, and understanding life phenomena, by utilizing various stable/rare isotope beams. 4. International collaborative research to cultivate users of heavy-ion accelerators and derive key research projects. |
