All website content belonging to the Institute for Basic Science (hereafter referred to as "IBS"), such as web documents, attachments, and database information, is protected under the Copyright Act, and remains the property of IBS unless otherwise indicated.
Accordingly, any unauthorized copying or distribution of IBS website content is a violation of IBS property rights (see Article 136 of the Copyright Act). No person or organization may profit or benefit from use of the website content without the prior written consent of IBS. Whenever permission is granted, "IBS" must be cited as the source.
Users who have been given permission to publish IBS content on other websites must comply with relevant laws and procedures. Unauthorized modification of the content (except the correction of typos) is forbidden, and any such infringements shall be treated as criminal offenses.
IBS must be notified in advance if users intend to direct links to IBS home page.
