Key points of the plan. First, making sure to have a central plaza, which will allow active communication with the outside. Second, enhancing communication among communities within the research buildings by making clusters. Third, offering a place of communication amongst researchers within IBS through the Creative Band; Creative Band Community Field, Approachable space as the center of convergence, Community Cluster Cluster planning to enhance communication amongst communities, Creative Band, Circular band where creative exchanges among researchers are active
